You have 30 days from the date your package is delivered to request a return or exchange.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
Original tags must still be attached.
Free from perfume, makeup, deodorant stains, or pet hair.
Accompanied by original proof of purchase or order number.

Non-Returnable Items:

Final sale or clearance items.

3. How to Process a Return

Receive Your Label: Once approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.
Pack & Ship: Securely pack your item(s) in original packaging, attach the shipping label, and drop off the package at the designated carrier location.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

Standard Returns: A flat $6.00 return processing fee will be deducted from your total refund amount to cover return shipping.
Exchanges or Store Credit: Return shipping is 100% free if you choose store credit or an item exchange instead of a original payment refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you received a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a full refund or replacement at zero cost to you.

5. Refunds & Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned package, we will notify you of the approval status via email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
